Mailing and Registration Data We Collect
We collect logical and physical contact information including postal mailing address, email address, telephone numbers, and demographic data. The email address is stored on the web server so that subscribers can retrieve account information from the web server to be sent to their email address. Postal mailing address, telephone numbers, and demographic data are stored in other servers. Postal mailing address is used for order fulfillment. Telephone number are used if necessary to clarify an order and if agreed by the user to deliver technical support. We use email to correspond with you about the status of your order your order.  We also send out periodic notifications by email about the availability of new catalog updates, new software releases, and the status of your subscription.

Credit Card
The DVD Register uses the services of Card Service International to provide merchant credit card processing services. Card Service International is a leading provider of credit card processing services. Your credit card information when entered online is collected on the Card Service server and is protected by SSL browser security. The DVD Register does not have access to your credit card number when it is entered online. Credit card numbers that you provide by telephone or by fax are not stored on-line.

Any information you give us is confidential. We do not exchange, share, sell or rent, any of the information we obtain from you, with anyone. We use the information you provide for completing your purchase and for providing service and support of the software.
